General

Quotations

Quotations are always given with pleasure and we are certain that our prices compare well within the current market place. If
required, an official quotation will be faxed / e-mailed through to the client after dismantling / stripping, testing of the motor. All
quotations and failure reports are free of charge. If required, we do quotations on site. If it should be economical to repair a motor,
your quotation will include the price of a new motor of your choice.

Job Cards

Upon arrival of the unit to be prepared, all relevant information is entered on a job card, which accompanies the job with all vital
information being added to as the unit goes through the workshop system. The job has a unique job number marked clearly on it, to
identify each individual job.

Invoicing

Invoices are issued with the delivery of any item repaired. In case of a breakdown after hours, a written delivery note will be issued
to the client. We prefer to start working only when an order number has been given, exceptions are made in case of a breakdown.

Statements

Statements are sent out monthly and if payments are received by the 27th of each month, a 2.5% discount may be taken.

Reception

RPM’s friendly reception will gladly assist the clients with all related queries and send through all important messages to the correct
person.
