Armature Rewinding

Our Service includes electrical and mechanical repairs to all AC, DC variable speed and slip ring motors as well as generators and welding machines. We also do submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps and O.C/B’s. A comprehensive report will be issues to clients on request.

The workshop operates an Internal Quality Control System to ensure good quality. A 24 hour Breakdown service can also be rendered and apart form winding work, new of re-built motors can also be supplied within 24 hours.

If not in stock, be assured that everything will be done to obtain the required motor, in the shortest time possible. Our Company gives a six months guarantee on the rewinding. New motor, pumps and gearboxes one year guarantee.

Supplies

We supply a wide variety of new and re-built motors, gearboxes, machinery-, electrical – Safety equipment and cleaning supplies. Our prices are very competitive and of the best quality. Please ask the representatives for a brochure.

High-Pressure Machines

Our Company repair high-pressure steam cleaning machines (including services). You are welcome to compare our prices wit any of the agents and we only make use of genuine spare. Each invoice ensures a guarantee of six months for your company – (Which the agents carry).

Mechanical Parts

Bearing journals and end shields tolerance are thoroughly checked. All other mechanical parts are also checked for any defaults.
With the client’s permission these are either replaced or repaired.

We provide ourselves in using only the best available bearings. Furthermore, we use more than one supplier to ensure maximum
availability and excellent prices. Attached you will find a customer preference list for your completion, this will be used for your
specific needs.

Breakdown and Transport Services

We have transport standing by 24 hours, capable of collecting jobs weighing up to 5 ton.

0 – 30KW 24 hours to deliver (depending on present workload)
37KW and up 72 hours (client will be informed)

We collect/deliver breakdowns. An additional cost of 25% will be added on this service during week days and 33% on public holidays and weekends.
